I rode it on Wednesday. I have to say that I think I enjoyed the queue videos more than the actual ride, but overall it's a much better experience than Neutron. The ride keeps the same tone as the films do which will be great for families. Also, I could sit and watch the younger kids dance with the minions in the after party all day; It's absolutely adorable and they love it.
It may not be something I desire to ride every visit due to the ride system not being one of my favorites, but I'll definitely give it a visit every now and again.

I agree, especially since we spent a lot more time in the queue than on the ride. I also seem to have a sick obsession with squeezing the stuffed minions every time i see one.

So for those of you that only got to ride the ride during the Soft Opening, or even during the first few weeks of normal operation, you should really make another trip into the Lab. More and more details seems to be popping up into the ride and preshows every few days as it seems Illumination Entertainment is still fussing with the videos.
