Website looks poorly setup currently with the Walking Dead Image and the link to Silent Hill below it. Kinda ugly
Note: I cropped the text from below the Silent Hill link. This is not how the website looks; I wanted to show the new material only.

I've been saying since the site went live this was essentially all we were getting. And there doesn't appear to be evidence to contrary. Sadly, the excitement over the house announcements has "proven" how unnecessary a story-based website is. There has never been this type of reaction to the event, and all it took was an IP.
Tis a new era, indeed.

For this year, I agree. I don't expect to see anything fancier than what you see now. We didn't even get a teaser page. This is NOT a year for the fans.
However, I haven't given up hope for the future. 2007 and 2009 were IP heavy, and we still received 2008, 2010 and 2011 which were relatively IP-free. 2010 and 2011 attempted backstories, even if they weren't as elaborate as we'd hoped. I think this event cycles, and if this year is IP ridden, I hope that 2013 will be more creative again.

"On select nights September 21 – October 31, Universal Studios Florida® theme park is transformed into a nightmarish labyrinth of haunted houses, outrageous live shows, and electrifying scare zones while an army of mutants, monsters and maniacs roam the darkened studio streets."
New quote on the event overview for Orlando... seems to just point there will be scare zones rather than hordes in my opinion.

They have used that quote for years on and off.
