Well, whatever is planned, the budget meetings and approval still has to go through the big bosses before anything is set in stone. Seeing how park hours haven't been set past July yet, Uni might not even have a park chosen yet. Or they're hiding the fact that it really is a 2 park event and this is just another clue. Read into it as you like.

They already know if any of the demolitions will interfere. Those are highly controlled activities that won't catch Management off guard.
Honestly, infrastructure for the build will likely be going on by September. Space is the issue. If Management or Safety isn't comfortable with the width of the path, then it won't be used.

A couple of mysterious quotes have shown up on HorrorNightNightmares (I'll link them later since I'm on my phone) by a mysterious Jawdevil.
The first, "One who, when he has the choice of two evils, chooses both," seems to have fairly straight forward interpretation: the "two evils," could be the two parks leading us to the return of a two-park event.
The second is a little more peculiar; "Movement in strange lands... Dark rumblings indeed. However, there are no foreign lands. It is the traveler only who is foreign." It's a bit of a mish-mash, but the only direct quote is everything after, "However." Daniel_NH correctly attributed it to Robert Louis Stevenson, but didn't expound on it. That's important and telling because that's the guy who wrote "The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde," the ultimate tale of duality.
Now, is this guy legit? That's the major question.

I think a 2-park event could very well be the case. Not only is there the demo on Jaws (which has we know held a house in its queue) but to my understanding, a new ride is being planned and built between simpsons and MIB, which would see the end to the tents which housed 3 haunted houses. With that in mind, 4 of the 8 houses will be no more. which would lead many to believe 4 houses would be at uni while the other 4 were at IOA. granted they stay with only 8 houses.

I still think that the Studios has plenty of space and dead space to make houses.
3 in sound stages
1 in disaster queue
1 in parade barn
That's 5
2 tents that could be repositioned if need be.
1 in 44/herc xena/ murder she wrote. Do not try to argue that this building is condemned. It's not, it's currently occupied and has been used over the years for different purposes.
= 8 houses.
There plenty of other spaces too if Transformers was built in the expansion lot where tents are. Remember IOA built inside Posiden, Discovery and Thunderfalls. What's stopping them from building in any restaurant, small shop or attraction?

44 has been a house before, but that was when the building wasn't being used for anything. Also, and something important to note about when it was used, is that its queue blocked 7th Ave, a main pathway in the middle of the park (it's the street between Monsters Cafe and park). The event has become too big really justify blocking off what is the only path that avoids two scarezones.
House locations will not be deciding factor in a two-park event; it's crowd flow. Can the Studios alone handle a HHN's peak night crowds while still maintaining 8 houses and 6 scarezones with what was a highly populated and utilized section of the park blocked off? It's a bit unlikely. The games and food services would have be moved elsewhere to accommodate the loss, and the most viable areas could encroach on scarezones.
That is why we may see a two-park event return. Despite the logistical headaches, Management and Operations may view it as the lesser of two evils.

44 will be empty again soon. I personally don't know if they have a use for it lined up.
I think the crowd flow issues are created because the majority of people flock to soundstages and mummy/ rockit area. If they put a big draw, or forced people. They could manage the flow to the dead sections.

According to my school's calendar, this year on October 19 students will have a day off. A lot of my friends go on the day off in October, and it seems this will start "Hell Week" or at least "Hell Weekend"
.... Seriously, I LOVE the Deep-Fried PB&J sandwiches w/ Bananas.

Thanks for the heads up mrevil. I will not be at HHN on that weekend. LOL.
I was really gungho about the two parks deal, but as it's getting closer and closer to actual rumor time, I'm feeling more pessimistic about it. Not sure what to think about that quote from Jawdevil.

I wouldn't want to.
Found this was browsing Reddit. Something about a Walking Dead theme house for HHN this year at USF. Interesting article. Though this seems more like something that would be at the Hollywood event.
